“The doors are nice but I wasn't aware that if you buy the smallest size available then they won't look like the ones pictured on the website. The small ones have equal spacing between the vertical pieces rather than having the bigger pane of glass in the middle. Small thing I know, and I have kept them, but it wasn't as nice as what I thought I was buying.”

“Issue mainly due to supplier not checking items before delivery. Purchased the walnut Coventry fire door. Door turned up with some defect. Got a replacement door and replacement door also had some defects. Specifically asked for 2 men delivery for replacement door as my builder won't be around. Delivery guy just left replacement door outside my flat.”

“I Bought an Oak Stable door on Monday the 14th of Nov. Paypal took payment on Thursday the 17th Nov. Your website information states 3-5 day Delivery. The door was delivered on the Wednesday 23rd of Nov that's a total of "8 DAYS" What happened!!! Not very impressed.”

“All done online on a nice easy to use web site, a day after ordering,I received a phone call telling just when the door would arrive (within a 2 hour slot) and hey presto the arrived a day early. The driver was very apologetic but said he would have waited until the following day if need be, but he'd had a really good day with his deliveries and mine was his last drop. All in all a fantastic service, with very nice friendly staff. And cheaper than most, but not lacking in quality.”
