“We purchased three MODA doors after much research on the internet and discussions with others who had purchsed doors from elsewhere. The doors arrived well packed and were in perfect condition. The cost of the doors was not prohibitive and look an excellent product. Although the doors are still awaiting to be fixed we believe that we have bought a premium product.”

“I ordered 6 oak doors and couldn’t be happier with them. All doors were delivered within the time I was told. Took over a week to be delivered but given the current pandemic I didn’t think it would be that quick. Will definitely order from them again.”

“Doors came on time , so no problems there . Joints coming apart and veneer poorly finished and damaged on joint (manufacturing fault)can’t be bothered to send them Back as just hassle and needed to hang them to get the job finished .”

“My order arrived slightly later than expected but I was kept updated by the suppliers . Understandable with high volume of deliveries. But have to say the doors are lovely and so much nicer than on the pictures . Quality great . Can’t wait to see them fitted . Would highly recommend this company to anyone .”

“MODA sent the wrong doors and never resolved the issue months on and I still have the wrong doors....if I could take legal action I would. This company is worst than cowboy builder's”

“Do not use this Company. Customer service is non existent. Cannot get hold of them and when you do they are useless. You always have to chase them. Ordered glazed door from them and sent unglazed. Still trying to sort now over 2 weeks. Up-date now have correct door but You need to sort your customer service out and be pro-active in sorting errors out and not leave for customer to chase”

“Awful customer service. Charged £41 for 3-5 day delivery (there are no other options) however I was then called 3 days after ordering and told it would be another 2 weeks before they would be delivered. Tried to contact over email, phone and Facebook, all ignored. Awful service do not use.”

“The door arrived a bit later than originally expected, but despite what others have said, we had good communication from Moda Doors by email and phone. I was emailed about the supply issue and given the option to wait or choose a different door. Clearly there have been some supply and delivery issues, but when I rang yesterday, my call was picked up, I was given the update I wanted and the arrived in good condition today. The door is good quality and as described, so I'm happy with the service I've received.”

“Do not use this company! They have taken over £800 from us and are now completely uncontactable by email or phone! Needless to say we have no doors! Other reviews paint the same picture! Please save yourself a lot of grief and go elsewhere for doors!”
