“MODA sent the wrong doors and never resolved the issue months on and I still have the wrong doors....if I could take legal action I would. This company is worst than cowboy builder's”

“Do not use this Company. Customer service is non existent. Cannot get hold of them and when you do they are useless. You always have to chase them. Ordered glazed door from them and sent unglazed. Still trying to sort now over 2 weeks. Up-date now have correct door but You need to sort your customer service out and be pro-active in sorting errors out and not leave for customer to chase”

“They will take your money and deliver nothing it seems. If you look at the majority review it all says the same. Impossible to get hold of them for help and nothing delivered.”

“Awful customer service. Charged £41 for 3-5 day delivery (there are no other options) however I was then called 3 days after ordering and told it would be another 2 weeks before they would be delivered. Tried to contact over email, phone and Facebook, all ignored. Awful service do not use.”

“The door arrived a bit later than originally expected, but despite what others have said, we had good communication from Moda Doors by email and phone. I was emailed about the supply issue and given the option to wait or choose a different door. Clearly there have been some supply and delivery issues, but when I rang yesterday, my call was picked up, I was given the update I wanted and the arrived in good condition today. The door is good quality and as described, so I'm happy with the service I've received.”

“Do not use this company! They have taken over £800 from us and are now completely uncontactable by email or phone! Needless to say we have no doors! Other reviews paint the same picture! Please save yourself a lot of grief and go elsewhere for doors!”

“Brilliant customer service good delivery the doors from x l joinery I suppose not bad for money but I am traditional joiner and would never use veneer outside but needs protecting well some joints opening up my stable door looks the part didn’t pay a lot so expect dowelled joints the frame good”

“After buying doors online, received an email to say doors were on the way. There was no delivery date, so tried to contact MODA but telephones were not answered and emails not responded to. Then read other reviews which horrified us, and we thought we had been scammed, or the company had gone bust. Days later still no doors and still no response to calls, so contacted the firm who make the doors, and they supplied us with the haulage company details, so we chased with them several times and eventually pinned them down to a delivery date. Not impressed with MODA, I would avoid and go elsewhere.”
