“I love the doors themselves however do not love the service. I ordered these doors and they didn't arrive within the time frame. I'd received an email stating I would hear within a couple of days about delivery but it didn't happen. After contacting Moda doors who contacted the distributor I was told something went wrong with my order and it hadn't been sent so they were rushing one through. This still took well over a week to arrive. My husband phoned and was told that I agreed on a delivery date with them for the Friday which I never did and shortly after that I received a message from the distributor confirming my delivery for the Tuesday after the Friday I had apparently agreed. I would recommend the product but avoid the company at all costs!”

“I bought some glass paned internal doors, but they had lots of bits on them that needed sanding off, holes apparently used in the drying process that needed sanding and filling, poor joins for the pane frames that had then been roughly filled with wood filler which needed sanding and some rough cuts for the panes that are a pain to sand. Not cheap and poor quality.”

“Tried for a few days to get through on the phone but once contact was made they couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Door order was processed that day & doors delivered a few days later. Excellent company to deal with. Thank you 😊”

“Doors great. Sadly the delivery man said he could only bring them to the door, not inside. I can't even lift one door. The man proceeded to help, after all. I would urge you to remember that the doors are not only delivered to builders on sites, but also to end customers, who could be 'getting on a bit' ladies!”

“Very nice appearance. However, one door was slightly in winding (twisted). I only noticed when fitting it. Adjustment on one hinge hides half of it. There is a gap between the beading and the glazing, particularly at the bottoms of the doors, which I had to fill in.”
