“Was for my son he loved the door but when delivered no packing on corner of doors so had to be carefulwhen picking up door notto damage corners, otherwise no other problem that i know of”

“I had a minor defect on a door which I was not happy with. MODA doors replaced the door which I am very pleased with and I have now purchased more doors to match.”

“I paid for the door and i never received the product! I called several times and they just turned me down. They said it been dispatched and i have to contact the delivery company. I did contact them and they said i have to contact MODA door company. I end up take this case further and my solicitor got involved as it is not acceptable pay almost £300 for a product and a t like you don’t have to take any responsibility!”

“Really pleased with my doors, they’re good quality. I had to chase to get them delivered, my order contains 2 bespoke items and I think this confused things but after a telephone call, all was rectified. My only real gripe is that any bespoke items take upwards of 20 weeks”

“Quality of doors is excellent and price comparible. Sales service (Callum) very good. Returns policy is bazaar. I ordered an incorrect size so purchased the correct one but advised the other door may not be collected at same time new door delivered A £42 delivery charge and £50 return charge is unacceptable so decided to sell the door privately. I cannot understand why the delivery and return cannot be guaranteed at the same time with just a delivery charge!!!!!”

“Very poor service. Bought about 10 doors never received any confirmation email. Called the office after few times missed my call someone answered and I added another door to my order. When I asked about confimation email I was told I entered incorrect email address. I give him another email address to sent confirmation however, no text regarding the delivery time or confirmation email was received. At the end my order arrived with some damaged and I am still waiting to hear from them.”

“Whatever you do don’t buy from this bunch of cowboys. I wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased my doors. Moda seem to think it’s acceptable to send the same doors out in completely different colours, I gave them the chance to sort the issue out but it’s a case of once they have your money there not interested anymore. I’ve now had to refer the case to my credit card company to sort out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED”
