“Slight delivery confusion but doors delivered and hung.”

“I ordered 11 internal doors from Moda Doors. Firstly, I should say that their website is easy to navigate & ordering is simple. The time from ordering to delivery was less than a week. I was advised when the doors would be delivered & this was adhered to, so all good at that point. On inspecting the doors after delivery, I found one door was damaged & another was marked in an unacceptable manner. I advised the company of this & had to submit an online claim with accompanying photos of the problems. Thereafter I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of Moda Doors response. Replacements were agreed & they arrived 2 days later, with the 2 problem doors being uplifted at the same time. I always think a business is best judged by its response when things go wrong so I have to say I was both impressed & delighted with Moda Doors. I don't know if I shall be ordering doors again in the foreseeable future but if I was I would not hesitate to use the company again. Definitely recommended.”

“Ordered 3 Deanta Augusta doors. Concerned with reviews, mainly about delivery. Spoke to Callum who was very helpful and reassuring. He contacted me with delivery date and they arrived on time. Had a slight problem with one door and he had it replaced in 2 days. They were a great price and look fantastic. Thank you Callum!”

“Although not quite as described, the door is exactly what i wanted. The glass is not bevelled, which in my opinion is better. Also it is one big double glazed section, but with glazing bars to make it look like 4 panes. This, in my opinion, is better and stronger thank 4 panes. All in all I'm very happy. Be warned the door is very heavy.”

“I ordered 4 doors in plently of time for the arrival of our joiner but decided to pay the extra for next day delivery. The doors were not delivered for several days and trying to reclaim a refund up to now has been impossible. Customer service has subsequently been useless. I will not be buying from MODA again.”

“Chipboard with very very thin layer of Oak veneer. The carpenter had a nightmare because it needed trimming. They are ok if they fit the hole, if they don't your in trouble.”

“We ordered a door in good time for delivery within 3 to 5 working days. We needed this to arrive to coincide with a builder doing work on our house, so timing of delivery was critical. Despite customer service assuring us that the door would be delivered in time the couriers informed us that the delivery would be outside of the delivery window. I then sought help from Moda to see if there is anything they could do. I will not be buying from MODA again as despite being polite enough, nothing was done to help fix a problem of their making. This is what was said: Hi, Unfortunately as mentioned above after speaking with the couriers we cannot guarantee that the door will be with you tomorrow as the couriers have already routed this for Wednesday delivery. Kind regards, On Mon, 4 Mar 2019 at 15:01 Hi An apology doesn’t fix our problem or actually help with the problem. How can you get it to us in time so it doesn’t cost us more money with or builder etc? “Paid extra for next day delivery. I did this as I had tradesmen booked in and so needed the door urgently. The door took nearly a week to arrive.... These things happen, but, MODA have totally ignored numerous requests to refund the Next Day Delivery Fee. No reply, no nothing. I know the email address I’m using is correct as it is the same one they ‘did’ reply to when I was chasing the delivery. The test of great Customer Service is how you react when things go wrong. They failed completely...!”
