“Overall the door is good. I am however disappointed how dark the varnish. As it’s clear varnish on oak I would have expected it to be lighter.”

“Worst company I have had to deal with. Ordered a few doors. Most came faulty. Have sent back over 6 weeks ago and still don’t have a refund. Have sent numerous emails with no reply. I call twice a week with a promise I will get an update which I don’t receive and also get told wrong information just to get me off the phone such as the refund has been issued you just need to wait 3-5 days until it’s in your bank account. Absolute terrible customer service and have now paid for a product I’ve never had.”

“Used Moda for all our replica 1 over 3 doors and fire doors. Can't say anything negative to be honest. One if the doors was delivered damaged and moda exchanged no problems. I would recommend without hesitation. Delivery is well communicated and prices are competitive.”
