“Delivery turned up one day late and wrong, was supposed to be 2x glazed and 1 solid, but got 2x solid and 1x glazed. Reported it straight away and after a few emails and 8 days later hopefully will be replaced. Doors good quality, let down with poor'ish service.”

“Delivery never turned up on specified date. Was advised to contact MODA doors for a delivery refund. Didn't get a reply to my email after losing an extra days wage. No customer service!”

“The joiner I had coming to do some work recommended Moda doors and I went with his opinion that this was a reliable company, also they supplied the height of doors I needed which were not readily available elsewhere. When the doors came I was surprised how substantial they were in comparison to the ones we were taking out (sapelle doors from the 1970s). Now they have been hung I have to say I am delighted with them.”

“Don't usually pay as much as we paid for a bathroom door but wanting finished ( no need to paint) door for our new bathroom. Got to be honest we thought we'd bought a light grey door, fail to see any resemblance to light grey. However we were pleased with it and is obviously a quality product. So we kept it. It looks great in our new bathroom . Be aware it is incredibly heavy compared to cheaper doors.”

“All staff exceptionally helpful. Great variety of doors. Delivery was excellent. The driver helped in getting the door as close to our house as possible. The door is even more beautiful than the picture shows. Most happy with our purchase.”

“After ordering two different sized doors, my order eventually arrived. One was the right size and one was the wrong size. I emailed them only to be told there would be a £48 re delivery charge. Surely this isn’t my fault and I should t have to pay for Modas mistake. Should have listened to the trust pilot reviews before ordering, this seems to be a common occurrence. Very slow at answering emails too which is very frustrating!!”

“The fire was perfect and very good quality I will suggest to everyone But only thing is the delivery guys I’m not happy with the because they didn’t bring the door to the flat but the left it outside and they refused to bring it in”
