“The door I received was brilliant, all what the add. said, it would be. It was ready for its satin finish. Delivery was on time, and the driver most pleasant. I will definitely use them again. You get what it says on the tin. THANKS VERY MUCH.”

“The ordering online was very simple to do. I had good communication from customer service re delivery dates etc. Excellent service from the delivery company, who even remembered to phone me half hour before delivery, so I was delighted. We haven't put the door up as yet, as it only arrived today, but it looks very nice.”

“The door was well made and delivered quickly. Cutting out mounting points for the hinges was very easy given the doors are laminated with hard board - just the right thickness that matches the depth of the metal hinges; all that was needed was a sharp knife”

“Arranged to have the 2 doors left at side of house after being told they were well protected but when I got to them the only protection was plastic cover which was open in many places so as it rained the doors were soaking I only hope no damage was done”

“You asked us for a review before the doors were even dispatched. I had an email saying that the courier was trying to get in touch, I couldn't understand why this was a problem but clarified the phone number - still no call. We contacted you and you said that it was up to the courier....... Hope to see the doors tomorrow then we can write a review of the actual product and hopefully give you a better rating!”
