“Very helpful and pleasant person dealt with my order over the telephone for an internal door. The door arrived on time by the currier and was in excellent condition. No problems whatsoever. I am sure I will be ordering from this firm again.”

“Good look but bit bulky for sliding doors, so hard to fold and the delivery was a total chaos! No apology too! I had to chase the guys many times & pay the fitter as parts arrived at random days/times.”

“The doors were £192 said solid core was just compacted sawdust and glue inside , the door knob was a cheap plastic brown handle absolutely awful I expected much better from a well known online company”

“Very disappointed. After the company sent the wrong door size they refused to refund the cost of the door without deducting £50 to collect door. Manager insisted we were asking Moda to pay for our mistake. Totally incorrect and most insensitive on the phone when challenged to provide better service and listen to feedback. Merely defended his own staff. Extremely disappointed.”

“On initial inspection the doors seem to be of good quality. As for delivery, all went well with exception of the delivery driver asking to use our toilet, and politely being given permission, only for him to leave his radioactive coloured urine all over our toilet seat and bathroom floor. Not Moda Doors fault, but maybe, having read other reviews of the delivery company, you may wish to keep this in mind.”

“Door looked the same as picture and the description was good. I was a little worried about cutting down to make it fit because of the glass, but no problems. Looks very nice and seems well made. Price was good and I am cey happy.”
