“After ordering two different sized doors, my order eventually arrived. One was the right size and one was the wrong size. I emailed them only to be told there would be a £48 re delivery charge. Surely this isn’t my fault and I should t have to pay for Modas mistake. Should have listened to the trust pilot reviews before ordering, this seems to be a common occurrence. Very slow at answering emails too which is very frustrating!!”

“The fire was perfect and very good quality I will suggest to everyone But only thing is the delivery guys I’m not happy with the because they didn’t bring the door to the flat but the left it outside and they refused to bring it in”

“Tremendous service over the telephone on a order of door handles, locks and hinges I couldn't find elsewhere. Professional with an amazing attention to detail and arranging shipping same day. “I found the perfect door whilst searching Google images and ordered from Moda Doors as it was the best price. It was only after I ordered that I looked at the reviews so I can’t say I wasn’t worried! However, it was all fine, absolutely no issues at all - door was delivered the following Friday direct from the manufacturer. Easy and problem free thankfully!”

“Delivered ahead of time and door was again perfect Atlantic door stuff was delivered direct from them in good time by dpd but they spoiled it by subsequently putting my contact details on other orders so I keep getting messages about a delivery for someone else.”

“The door I ordered had not been sanded along the insets of the glass panels. I informed you of this and it was suggested I return it. This was impractical as I couldn't book the carpenter again for some time. I had to pay him an extra hour to sand the door before it could be fitted. I emailed to inform you of this and did not have the courtesy of a reply.”
