“The door we purchased was nice , delivery said 3-5 working day we have to wait 14 days ,Got a txt to say the was a issue with the Distribution, had to phone up to chase twice , first time someone said they would get back to me no-one did , called again this prompted my order to be ordered.”

“I had a nightmare with sub standard doors (twice) and 2 failed deliveries costing time off work. I was promised minimal compensation, but have received nothing after constant communication, wont use them again”

“Purchased the XL Joinery Internal Solid White Primed Shaker Bi-Fold with Clear Glass Door. The door itself is fine, however, the installation instructions are woeful, to say the least. The instructions give reference to part numbers but there are no numbers on the parts! Also, the diagram is beyond confusing and a lot is down to trial and error. After 3 hours of installation, the door still doesn't open and close right. Very disappointed. I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere preferably from a manufacture that you would be able to contact for installation guidance.”

“Nice internal doors. I wanted to let more light into the centre of my house and the easiest way to do this was to replace a large number of solid white doors with glass panelled doors. Moda have provided me with a very good solution and by the time I have finished, I will have replaced 16 doors. Not all are glass panelled but what they do give me is a uniform clean modern look and, extra light. And the price is very competitive”

“Door excellent. Very good value. However, was not delivered on the day that was arranged. Contacted Moda to find out what had happened; was told they would get back to me. A few days passed with no contact and then the door unexpectedly got delivered- fortunately I was in, but far from ideal.”
