“Order placed for two solid oak glazed doors and hardware door furniture sets. Two doors were delivered without handle sets despite them being manufactured by the same manufacturer (XL Joinery). The doors were reasonably good quality and the sizes were close to the nominal sizes required. The Handle sets I ordered were the Rhine handle pack with 75mm door latch depth. The sets included 3 sets of 75mm butt hinges with two roller bearings per hinge. All of the metal work was manufactured in stainless steel. Unfortunately, both handle sets had an identical fault and that was the cover that hides the screws used to attach the handle assemblies to the door was seized solid. One side, the cover unscrewed easily and the other side of the handle could not be moved. I notice the handle set is missing a grub screw too. Because the hinge sets are included with the handles, I have no idea how MODA doors will resolve this. They have not answered the telephone calls today and I have left a message on their phone system and written a note on their contact system e-mail. My experience with MODA doors has not been ideal and in all honesty, I would not recommend this experience.”

“There was a one day delay in delivery but we were kept up to date re delivery date and time which was helpful. They were all in good condition when they arrived. Doors are of good quality and I believe they offer good value for money.”

“These doors are week worth paying the delivery charge for over your local DIY site as the quality is much better. There are no rough edges especially in the groves where I have seen them with other doors. Brilliant value, they are no-brainers, I will be purchasing more when we do the ground floor. I applied one coat of water based stain by rustoleum called weathered wood, colour =white smoke and it's gorgeous, no orangeyness like with varnish.”
