“Our item arrived damaged which is nobodys fault but when I contacted the company they just told me to send a photograph to their email, which I did. A week passed and I contacted them again to chase it up and they told me that they hadn't received any email from me. I quoted the exact date and time it was sent and offered to forward the email again. Then no response. I asked if they had received the email and the person I was speaking to said "this isn't my department"”
“I need to return a wheelchair that is not suitable for my husband’s use, but have been unable to do so, so far. MobiQuip is very unhelpful. On the phone I was told I’d have to sort it out myself- they don’t do returns. The website is impossible for me to navigate(I’m 79 and am usually ok with it)”

“My 1 star relates specifically to the G-Explorer, which is sold as an all terrain wheelchair. We found it flimsy, rattly and no better (and rather noisier) on a rough surface than our normal NHS wheelchair. It couldn't begin to go up a gentle grassy slope and its small front wheels couldn't even go over a 2 inch kerb that our basic wheelchair can manage. From our experience, if you want a genuine all terrain wheelchair, the large wheels need to be at the front. MobiQuip delivered it quickly - although we didn't get a one-hour time slot, which meant we had to wait in all day. But there's no free return, so it cost us £50 to return it, which is extremely unsatisfactory for a wheelchair that is, frankly, mis-sold as being 'all terrain'.”
