“Everything ran smoothly, people were very helpful when I decided to change to a larger seat size (which caused a hiccup because the scooter and smaller seat had already left for dispatch.) The team worked out a solution to the issue and it was sorted out quickly. They were very accommodating at delaying dispatch until after my holiday. I highly recommend this company, the staff are kind, patient and understanding.”
