“I was rather worried about getting used to the scooter, even about talking to the shop staff. I was happily surprised when discussing my needs, as the lady in the shop was amazing. I spent many years training staff who were needing to discuss products either on the phone or face-to-face. I would have been proud to have her on our staff. When the scooter was delivered the driver was just as brilliant. He helped me to deal with my new way to get around. Thank you all, you gave me the confidence to get back out in the world.”
