“I was extremely impressed with Brad and Declan in the Rugby store of Mobility and Lifestyle. I was shopping for a wheelchair with my Mum and we also purchased one for my Dad too back in August. We got a very warm welcome in the shop and Brad and Declan were extremely patient with us. Mum required a high backed wheelchair on the recommendation of her physiotherapist. Brad’s knowledge of the equipment was excellent and we came away having purchased two wheelchairs for my parents. As I could only fit one chair into my car, Brad and Declan delivered the other chair to my parents care home on their way home and in their own time.
