“Dear Adam was absolutely fantastic! He was wonderful and thank goodness Adam was covering for staff in the Loughborough shop when i called in. Adam sets an exemplary example of how to satisfy a customer's needs (which is your business). My mobility-restricted father is very grateful indeed to dear Adam. Very regretfully the member of the Loughborough staff (not Steve; Steve was really nice and helpful) was horrible.
