“The gentleman in the shop was very helpful explaining how the scooter worked, how to charge the battery and how to break it down to fit in a car boot. He explained everything slowly so I could understand what he was saying. A credit to your business.”
“My husband and i visited the Melton Mowbray branch to look for a new wheelchair. The manager was busy on a phone call assisting a previous customer, however we were attended to as soon as possible. I required a chair with a larger seat and there was one in stock in the shop but the manager went a step further and suggested he obtain another model from another branch and a home visit was arranged for this purpose the following week when the transaction was completed. Service and product knowledge very good.”
“Purchased a rollator in red, gave to my mum for Christmas, after she had practiced with it outside I noticed that the brake cable protector has a slit in it.
