“The wheelchair we were promised when first booking was not available as it was sent out on an emergency. Therefore, we were told a replacement would arrive on the morning of departure. This replacement was taped up around the arms which looked disgusting and very unprofessional very uncomfortable. At times she didn’t feel safe, the feet pads would not stay up obstructing her access in and out of the chair. The chair itself was very rickety and not fit for purpose. Very poor for a 10 day holiday.”

“So helpful scooter was delivered to my home but was very tight to fit in kitchen. Decided to buy new and one that would fit, within 30mins had took the old one back, delivered the new showed me controls and let me drive before I purchased, excellent service.”
