“Top marks for a top company. Great communication at every stage of the purchase. I was kept up to date with delivery time too. Zoe delivered the scooter bang on time, she was very knowledgable when demonstrating the features of the scooter and answering any questions myself or my husband had. She was professional and friendly with great customer skills. Thank you Zoe and thank you Mobility Giant, you have been a real pleasure to deal with.”

“I got up out of my bed today after 5 days of feeling lousy as Wayne was delivering my new scooter! Well worth the effort. Wayne was pleasant, courteous and an all round nice guy. The beautiful machine he delivered into my hands was as good as I hoped it would be. Smashing service from start to finish, great company to deal with. Andy they kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you all”

“Great scooter, great price. The service received at delivery-excellent, amazing,top notch. Zoe was brilliant, she was extremely knowledgeable, no question was too much. Her customer service skills were exemplary. She made a slightly nerve racking purchase feel like the best decision I've ever made. “Five star service from start to finish! Ordered over the telephone on 14 December, scooter was delivered on 17 December. Raul delivered the scooter to me, he was very friendly, polite, knowledgable, took time to go over the controls and explained what each component did, One of the mirrors had a crack in it, but a two minute phone call resolved that issue. Would not hesitate in recommending or using again. Customer service second to none, well done Mobility Giant, this is how to do it!”

“My experience of dealing with Mobility Giant was a wonderful one. The driver, Wayne, was very pleasant and helpful and offered to demonstrate everything, however I already own a pride traveller so wasn't necessary. It was easy to find what I wanted on the site and the communication was first class. If I require anything else I will be sure to checkout the Giant. Thanks for everything.”

“Great company to buy your mobility scooter from. Excellent communication and timed delivery. My delivery drivers were Zoe and Wayne who were very friendly and enthusiastic. They took time to explain everything to me even though it was a bitterly cold day. I have had my scooter a week now and love, love, love it. I only wish I had bought one sooner.”

“Excellent. Delivery was timed to the minute and we were kept informed all the way. Lovely lady demonstrated all the features and made sure it fitted into the boot of our car. Came ready to use with a fully charged battery. Scooter was like new. After care service. Also a lovely gift, yum. Efficient, reliable and excellent care. 👌🏻”

“I now had my RASCAL VISTA DX about 10 weeks and I must say how pleased I am with this little scooter. I down sized from a BREEZE S4 WITH CANOPY, which I also purchased from Mobility Giant. From my experience on both purchases from them I would highly recommend them. I found that nothing is too much trouble, no matter how you contact them, by phone or email everything is handled very quick, professional, friendly, all questions answered, quick delivery with the driver keeping you updated with delivery time, what I call good old fashion service, they make you feel important a person and not a number like so many other companies. Thank you all so much.”
