“They were extremely helpful on the phone both before and after the delivery of the scooter. The delivery was efficiently arranged to suit us for timing. The scooter is as described and in as new condition, good value for the price. Altogether the service was very good.”

“Fantastic service I received from your company from start to finish .The Scooters great and in immaculate condition.The guys who delivered it were very helpful and took the pallet away for me. “I have just been diagnosed with a illness that stops me driving a car, no busses!!! what was I going to do? My wife got in touch with Mobility Giant and within the week I have a great machine giving me back my independance. Great service, nice people, thank you Giant. Robin A.G.Hoskins”

“After some confusion the delivery driver, nice guy, left the scooter in my garage, still on the pallet and still wrapped up. After he had gone I removed the wrapping and found the paperwork and the ignition keys and from there it was plain sailing. I carried out the commissioning routine, as explained perfectly by Larry. Once the scooter was free from its packaging and tethers it was seen to be immaculate with no signs of previous use, a credit to the staff at Mobility Giant. After placing the order there was a further sale price reduction and this was reimbursed to me, great gesture. I would not hesitate to buy from MG in the future and I would certainly recommend them as a company who are prepared to go that extra mile, well done MG.”

“Was a bit cautious about buying second hand and online. Needn't have worried. Mobility Giant were excellent, including a phone call confirming when would be delivered. Courier also excellent. They took scooter off pallet and took all packaging away with them. Item which arrived was better than I expected.”

“Received scooter this morning highly delighted it is in great condition and I am looking forward to having my test run on it tomorrow.Only thing was the courier wouldn't take the pallet away or try to assist he said they werent responsible for that in case of any comeback.But all in all the service and prompt delivery I cannot fault. “Purchase was made very easy with the help of Billy. The scooter arrived lashed to a pallet and was well wrapped, delivery driver put scooter in back garden for me as requested. The scooter looks like it is brand new and I am very happy with the purchase. From my experience I would recommend this company.”

“I have just bought a used scooter from Mobility Giant and am pleased to say that the service I received was excellent. The staff I dealt with were extremely helpful, informative and efficient. Delivery time was quick and the scooter is in perfect condition. Although I had bought and paid for it, when the price was dropped (on the day of delivery) Mobility Giant immediately refunded the extra money I had paid over the sale price. There aren't many companies which would do that! I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly buy from them again.”

“Having come to the decision that the time is now to buy a scooter, the Internet was the best place to look! Bombarded with companies advertising theirs was the best, I had to think hard which looked the right one for me. I came across Mobility Giant. They were clear in their advert and I could actually communicate via typing to the person who were obviously ready for my questions. Everything was very clear. The member of staff then telephoned me. We had a clear discussion about my requirements and how the process works. I was then quite happy to go ahead with the purchase. Four days later my lovely scooter arrived ! I am so very happy with it, and it does everything I was told it would do and more. Very clear instructions. I'm thrilled and wouldn't hesitate To buy anything again with the company. They are Fantastic. Thank you Mobility Giant.”
