“Service from start to feel Bush was excellent. The man who delivered the scooter was professional, very friendly and took a lot of time explaining how the scooter worked. The scooter itself was amazing. State of the art and. Easy to use. This company is awesome.”

“Absolutely 5 star traditional friendly company to do business with. Perfect transaction from purchasing my all terrain mobility scooter to delivery. Excellent communications and updates from this company and delivery guy Mark was brilliant, taking his time to explain and demonstrate every aspect of my purchase in detail and making sure I was happy with my scooter. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and I hold them in the highest regard.”

“Just had a tga breeze s4 max delivered the driver was Tyler and he explained everything he even waited while my wife tried the scooter a very helpful man and this company is amazing I won’t be ordering from anywhere else again because this company is outstanding they kept me very well informed about delivery and excellent tracking service this company is without a doubt the very best thank you so much my wife loves her Christmas present absolutely outstanding company”

“The purchase was made online, with excellent service from start to finish. I cannot fault the information available, the prompt service the price & immaculate condition of the scooter. All despite my initial reservations about buying online from a company I had not dealt with before. The mobility scooter was delivered on time a couple of days ago by the driver "Tyler". He explained all of the controls & features very clearly, providing a detailed user manual spare keys & an excellent large waterproof seat mounted shopping bag. Nothing else needed. All ready charged & ready to go! I would highly recommend "Mobility Giant" & would be happy to use them again in the future.”

“This is a reliable outfit, doing shat they say they will do. The product is spectacular, its all that it says it is. Delivery is prompt. Tyler, my delivery operative was kind, courteous, informative and on time. First class all round. Great people to do business with.”

“I would like to thank Mobility Giant for supplying my scooter, the whole process from start to finish was one of the easiest transactions I have had in a very long time. The young man on the phone was very helpful, the messages pre delivery easy to understand and then Zoe delivered the scooter, she was very helpful, explained how it worked and all the other essential information I needed, Thanks again I will happily recommend you to my friends.”

“I am pleasantly annoyed, which I know is a contradiction. When asked to give an opinion about a purchase I always endeavour to be honest try to evaluate the whole experience with a genuine and truthful feedback in the hope that any issues can be relayed to the company involved and perhaps improvements can be made. I only annoyed with myself because try as I might, there isn't one single thing I could criticise, nothing, nothing whatsoever, The whole experience was seamless, a good honest description of the scooter, competitive value for money, delivered by and excellent driver (an extremely pleasant young man) within five days and I could track the drivers progress to the minute. In my 76 years I have never had better service. It is early days yet as I haven't been able to use the scooter yet as it is torrential rain, but I feel confident with the service so far that I will enjoy trouble free scootering. Thanks to everybody at Mobility Giant you have restored my faith in that there are still genuine companies providing services to the public.”

“After being confined to the house because of lacking mobility in my legs,I approached Mobility Giant for a mobility scooter. They were very helpfull in my choosing one. They supplied one at a reasonable price to suit my needs and was delivered promptly in the time suggested. I had two small faults with the scooter on arrival and after conntacting them they were only to happy to send a repair man. I am delighted with the scooter also the service I’ve received from Mobility Giant and would have no hesitation to recommend them.”

“I have recently purchased a scooter from Mobility Giant and from start to delivery the service I have received is excellent. Stefan delivered my scooter his customer service skills and helpfulness were 2nd to none very professional, Stefan took time to go through everything about the scooter. “Excellent service, from ring up & speaking to William to receiving my scooter 5 days later. It was delivered by Tyler, who explained the scooter in detail to my husband & myself. I can highly recommend this company. We have just been away for a few days & people could not believe it was a reconditioned scooter, everyone thought it was brand new. Price wise Mobilty Giant cannot be beaten or quality wise. Great company”

“I’ve had mobility scooters for sometime now, purchased from various companies but since taking delivery today of my latest one I would always use Mobility Giant in future.
