“Hello William, There maybe a small improvement you could make. the communication between departments ,sales to service and dispatch,and the return of phone calls left on your answer machine.It may also be beneficial to confirm the orders by email or by post ,which would give the customer more confidence . Otherwise as I said i was very pleased with the outcome of my purchase and once the delivery date was arranged ,all went well . This is not a criticism just way to improve your service maybe. Thank you again Very best Regards Roger Hammond”

“I searched for a long time both locally and on the net for a scooter,i came across Mobility Giant and their scooters and prices to me were the best i had seen.I checked the reviews and they were all good and even though the scooter i wanted was sold out i gave them a ring to see if they would be getting the same model back in in the near future,I spoke to William who asked me what i would use the scooter for to ensure the correct scooter for my needs and that i thought was so good of him.William told me they would have the same model in on the following Friday but told me of the newer model they had in and said it was far better than the one i was asking about with little difference in price.I decided on that scooter and placed the order and was told it would be with me on the following Monday and it was,the scooter is absolutely superb and i am so pleased William told me about this one.The whole process was so very simple and i would for sure recommend Mobility Giant to any one without any question at all buy with confidence and with great service.”

“I recommend Mobility Giant to anyone who wishes to buy a mobility scooter. Staff are so friendly and will do anything to help you get up and running. Now days it's hard to find someone who goes the extra mile to help their customers but Mobility Giant assist all the way. I bought the TGA Breeze S4 which is an excellent scooter that comes delivered like brand new for a fraction of the price. I would recommend Mobility Giant Scooter Company of the year.”

“The measure of how good a company is how they deal with things when they go wrong. The transport subcontractors got things wrong twice. First they dropped the palate with the scooter on damaging it and the second they sent to Scotland rather than the Midlands. MobilityGiant dealt with these problems calmly and efficiently. When the first was damaged there was no talk of repair they straight away sent another. When the second went to Scotland they dispatched next day the scooter in a van with a member of staff and delivered it personally to me. Advice form Mobility Giant was spot on . I wanted an all terrain scooter that I could use to walk my dog in the woods (I have not been well enough to walk far for three years now). I was worried that a scooter wouldn't cope with the slopes. They assured me the TGA Vita X would meet my needs and I can report back after five visits (22 miles in all) that there was no slope even when muddy that it couldn't drive up or down without difficulty The scooter was just as described on the Website.. My only surprise was the scooter was larger than I expected (it far more robust, solid and sturdy than the Gogo scooter I use for shopping) ! Well done Mobility Giant, I am very pleased with the Vita X. My world has opened up considerably as I can now take the dog to the woods myself confident I won't get stuck anywhere. I would and will happily recommend both the scooter and Mobility Giant. Thanks again John White”

“I found Mobility Giant very helpful & friendly. I'm new to using a mobility scooter but I knew what I wanted from a scooter, specifically to walk my little dog over uneven ground, and they advised me well. They found a crack in the battery cowl just as it was being shipped & I was immediately offered an upgrade but I opted to stick with the one I'd chosen. It was only a few days late & I'm so pleased with it. I'd definitely use this company again & would recommend to others.”

“We called Mobility Giant because we desperately needed a new scooter but couldn't afford an expensive brand new machine. We ended up buying a pride go-go sport scooter and I have to say, we couldn't be happier with it. It's portable, comfortable, has a great battery life and does exactly what both me and my husband need it to do for our trips into town. Best of all, when we opened up the box it seemed like a BRAND NEW scooter... not a mark on it! I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get a mobility scooter as it really seems like the people who work there know what they are talking about, and were able to get a scooter that was just perfect for us and have it delivered to our house all in the space of 4 days!”
