“Had a wonderful experience overall and have been given some freedom and my life back! Great delivery drivers Raul and Taylor were kind and considerate and helped me get to grips with my scooter. I've had my first day out and about again without having to spend hours resting after in over a year. Very happy with the customer service and quality of machine!”

“Had scooter for 2 yrs , broke down waited 5 hours for recovery , driver said he got the job 20 before that , not helpful at all , driver was great , not happy have to wait 6 days for replacement as I’m stuck , with my dad very ill atm , I think they could have been a bit more helpful, after speaking to William he was more than helpful and resolved the issues and it’s all sorted now , waiting for a new scooter but have a loan one to use for now , thank you William for all your help”

“This review has been delayed due to a combination of illness and bad weather that limited its use for a time. I purchased a reconditioned Galaxy II in December 2022 and it has been brilliant, it runs smoothly and efficiently and does everything it is supposed to do. I have been using it for several months now so it has been well tested. Around the local park and going into town, hills, bumps and poorly maintained pathways have been no problem. Mobility Giant were very helpful and rearranged the delivery date when I realised our garage would not be cleared in time of furniture and carpets taken from the house to enable my access when I came home from hospital after having had a stroke. Eventually the scooter was delivered on the day requested by a young man (sorry can’t remember his name) who was very helpful demonstrating it and answered any questions we might have. On the strength of my experience with Mobility Giant I would recommend them whole heartedly. The scooter is now my lifeline to the outside world, I go shopping and am able to enjoy our wonderful park all without having someone with me, although it’s great for walks with the family too. “Have recently purchased a mobility scooter from Mobility Giant. From first contact to delivery everything was smooth and perfect. I was kept up to date on delivery times ans tracking. Teh driver, Amir was p[olite and friendly and ex[plained the machine in fine detail. The machine itself was in showroom condition and works perfectly. I cannot praise Mobility Giant enough and highly recommend them.”

“The whole process from start to finish was just so easy, on the day of delivery I received a message from Matt telling me his ETA and was spot on. Matt went over the controls thoroughly with me so I fully understood them and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company/service to anyone contemplating getting a mobility scooter.”

“Well mobility giant the customer service is outstanding as my wife got me a scooter from them for myself for Christmas. Had a few minor problems with it but as soon as I contacted them with in a few days there was a engineer was out and fixed the problems and Matt p who comes out is a credit to them as always a friendly and nothing is to much trouble and always explains what needs doing. I can highly recommend mobility giant to everyone”

“It’s only day one of owning my lovely new mobility scooter, which we have named Mabel! This morning I did the school run, with the dog in tow, going through the local park on the way home! Finally I am able to get out and about in the fresh air, I can’t put into words how happy I am. My scooter is like brand new, so comfy and easy to use. I just love it. The staff at Mobility Giant were very friendly and helpful, a really positive experience all round. Thank you Mobility Giant X”

“Bought an Excel Roadster dx8 deluxe during their 10% off flash sale. By far the best deal online, especially with a 12 month warranty. Scooter was delivered 6 days later by a very helpful man, nothing was too much trouble. He spent time going through the workings of the scooter and the paperwork. The scooter looks brand new, has same warranty as a new one yet cost so much less. Save money and order from Motability Giant, you won't be disappointed!”

“A message to anyone out there looking to buy a mobility scooter just as i was. You're in safe hands with Mobility Giant! The sales team understood my requirements and i bought a used S4 Max and it was delivered today - WOW! Firstly the delivery engineer was so helpful and friendly it was like chatting to one of your mates as he showed me round the scooter - The man is a credit to the company. Secondly the scooter is in *IMMACULATE* condition and includes new batteries and charger so nothing to worry about there AND I've got a 12 month warranty and free insurance so happy days. Drives like a dream. Great service, great product, great company. Buy with confidence. Scott.”
