“I ordered a mobility scooter from Mobility Giant, which was delivered by Palletline yesterday. While I have nothing but praise for Mobility Giant in the very helpful way in which they assisted me with my purchase and the painstaking way that they helped me through the the form filling to get my new Class 3 scooter registered, their choice of Palletline as a courier was lamentable. While I was assured by Mobility Giant that my scooter would be delivered in a four hour time slot, unpacked and the pallet on which it arrived would be taken away, this did not happen. It arrived half an hour early and it was only by chance that I was in. But worse was to happen. The scooter was not unpacked and left in my garage still on its pallet and it is still there since the pallet was far too thick to allow the scooter to be driven off without becoming stuck or damaged because of its low ground clearance. The driver took no notice of my protesting that, because of my age and disability, I could not cope with unpacking the pallet nor disposing of it. He just got back into his van and drove off leaving me with a scooter that I could not use because it was too heavy for a fit person, let alone an invalid, to manhandle off the pallet I hope that Mobility Giant will not be using this courier again. Hello Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. First of all, I am extremely pleased that the service we provided was excellent, I am however very sorry for any inconveniences that the delivery may have caused. We deliver vast numbers of scooter per week so it is not possible for us to deliver every one by hand. We did tell you ahead of time that the scooter would arrive to you by pallet but would be fully assembled, charged and ready to go straight away. At this stage we ask you if this form of delivery would be okay and we also advise that a friend or family member be available to help in the unpacking of the scooter, and if need be having it arranged for a Saturday morning delivery if that makes it easier to have someone available. If no one is available to help, then a hand delivery can be arranged but unless we know this ahead of time it will be sent by pallet. The courier driver is not an employee of ours so unfortunately they are not obliged to take the pallet away, however we find that if you ask the driver to help that 9 times out of 10 they are more than willing to go that extra mile. We have taken your review seriously and we will be taking actions to eradicate this from happening in the future. Once again we really appreciate your feedback, as feedback direct from you will only keep us improving the already excellent service that we provide. “100% service. very helpful and polite. does not matter how silly you feel about a question, Paul will answer it. From ordering to receiving my scooter, it has been trouble free. What a delight it has been. I thought service like that went out with Noah's Ark. Thank you”

“They were very helpful and patient. My questions were answered quickly and they phoned back in a short time. Delivery was as promised and the driver was a lovely person who was polite and helpful. The scooter was well wrapped up and once unwrapped was ready to go and in excellent condition”

“Mobility Giant were fantastic by way of making me feel so comfortable talking about my back condition and which tyres and size of scooter would best fit my needs, i also asked if they could put a basket on the front as i go out with my dogs using it, nothing is too much trouble, thanks so much xxx”

“I purchased a TGA Sonet, 6 miles an hour, mobility scooter from this company. During the warranty period it developed a slight fault. I contacted Paul in maintenance who arranged for it to collected and a replacement scooter was loaned to me until mine was repaired. The replacement scooter was a Kymco midi xls 8 mile scooter which I found would fit into my car easier. I rang Paul to ask if it would be possible to exchange my Sonet scooter for a Kymco midi xls which they had in stock. This was arranged most efficiently and my new scooter was delivered within a week. Jason, the driver, who picked up and delivered my scooters was extremely helpful, pleasant and very efficient. “Purchased scooter which arrived on 19/10/16 charger appeared to not work correctly, I spoke to Paul at the engineers office,he asked questions agreed some thing wrong. A new charger was dispatched and was delivered within 4hours.Fantastic service the van driver check the new one on the scooter everyone was very professional. Many thanks Vaughan Tasker”

“i purchased a scooter and i was not happy about how it performed i phoned the company and i spoke to a lovely chap called Larry who exchanged it for a far superior one and it was delivered today and it performs fantastical,i would recommend this firm to anyone as they aim to please,once again thank you Larry and Mobility Giant.”

“This fantastic company is true to its word. I originally purchased a mobility scooter from MG back in April. At the time I was impressed with it, but unfortunately a problem with the electric motor developed and it was not performing very well. Then on Saturday I was meeting my wife at a concert on the country cricket ground in Worcester and as I was going there the scooter start playing up. The electronic brakes failed and then the reverse gear stopped working and eventually the scooter came to a halt and refused to go on. Now what? Anyway managed to get home and get the scooter back as well (pushing), thanks to my son being at home. I thought, what am I going to do. I had lost confidence in the scooter and would never feel comfortable again on it even if it was repaired. So I called up the MG website and red through some of the wonderful testimonials. I emailed the company on Monday morning and Richard rang me within 15 mins. I had given them my height and weight details this time. He suggested that I try the Freeranger Landranger XL8 which has good off road capabilities (which I needed). I said I would pay the difference in price. MG said they would take my scooter back and send me out a new scooter. They have performed brilliantly. Coming to the rescue almost immediately. Its just three days later and the new scooter is in my garage. I am so impressed that I have run out of words to praise them. If your thinking of buying a Mobility Scooter or infact anything. Go to Mobility Giant. They will always look after you at all times. Thank you guys. Thank you so much.”

“I have just bought a drive cobra from mobility giant, William was the person a spoke to.I was a bit scared as i had never bought anything like this before on the internet.I was looking at a vita scooter, i told William what i was going to use it for and asked loads of questions to which he was able to answer very well, but when i came to buy it they had just sold out, he was very apologetic and told me about the drive cobra, he gave me time to look at the scooter and rang me back later he answered the questions i had about this scooter, he let me have it at the same price as the other and through in a carry cage to for the inconvenience of the other just selling so i went with this recommendation. The scooter came on the day i was told driver was very helpful and put the scooter where i wanted it, what a machine it is fantastic looks get could pass as a new scooter i look forward to using it :). Rang William again when my tax forms came and again he was only to happy to help me fill it in what a great guy he is, nothing to much bother so thank you so much 10/10 great guy great company service can not ask for more. If your after a scooter then these guys will go that extra mile for you just fantastic.”

“I am sending you another review as I have just had further dealings with your Company. My problems were minor but were dealt with by Paul in the Service Section superbly . The Engineer arrived today and he also was superb. Everything now sorted and Hunky-Dory. I cannot praise Mobility Giants Staff highly enough. They have proved themselves highly efficient and effective and a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to sing their praises whenever I can.”

“I bought my TGA Vita from Mobility Giant in March and although I had initial concerns about buying a used scooter, my fears were soon put to rest when my scooter was delivered a couple of days after placing the order. It looked virtually brand new and I have used it daily ever since. The after-sale service I have received has also been excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mobility Giant to anyone considering buying a scooter. Why buy new when you can buy with confidence from these guys at a much better price?”

“Being in my ninety third year and over seventy years of car driving I decided that I should hang up my spurs so I sold my Focus car and looked on the web for a medium size used scooter. Mobility Giant was my choice and it turned out to be a winner. I phoned them on Sunday and spoke to a staff member about a TGA Sonet used scooter his responce was first class and extremely helpful and confirmed that my selection was good to meet my need, there was no pressure to spend more money.Later I received a call to say that the scooter would be delivered on the following Thursday beween 10.00 and 14.00 which it was. I am delighted with my purchase which was in pristene condition. I would recommend potential purchasers to contact Mobility Giant for new and for used scooters they are so kind friendly and understanding.”

“I purchased a TGA ECLIPSE from Mobility Giant back in Feb 2016 which came with a 6 month warranty. Unfortunately it developed a problem which meant it had to go back to the workshop on site ,I was given a replacement to use whilst it was being looked at. The problem turned out to be a major one and It was decided to give me another TGA ECLIPSE. This arrived on 15th August and was immaculate :- you would think it was brand new. I would like to praise all of Mobility Giants staff who I have had contact with in their handling of my problem :- superb to say the least and also the warranty that they offer is a real gem honest and as I have found priceless.
