“I have a wonderful experience in the name of Donald from the Galashiels shop who has been so, so helpful. My husband was taken into a nursing home with dementia and it has been very stressful for us all. Donald has been very kind to us all and I can't express our gratitude enough. “After a serious accident the day before a family trip to London I called the 24 hr help line, needing a wheel chair with leg support. The booking was handled quickly over the phone, with the chair delivered to the hotel first thing in the morning the following day, with text confirmation that it had been dropped off. The chair was perfect and I couldn’t of managed without it. The chair was then left at the hotel and picked up today. Simple, good communication and good product. Many thanks”

“My Motor Mobility was stoped when I got 65 , I do not know why has my disabity did not get any better ,I think it was one of these pen pushers who has had a broken finger nail ,I did not claim disability un till I finnished work when I was 59 as I could not work any longer due to my right leg which smashed up in a car accident in 1967 , Afer a few years the bone started to rot away , in 2010 I had a 5hour op on it to clear the rotted bone away ,I now have a 125mm long hole x 37mm wide and 18mm deep .So pen pushers my broken bone did not grow back”
