“I wish companies would just do what they say, you answer a simple question, yes l would like a brochure, but oh no they have to send someone to your home, which will only take up a hour of your time and if they do send the brochure there's no prices in it. Waste of time don't like that at all it's not what it says on the box”

“I missed several calls re delivery but as i work nights, and was sleeping you are not always able to answer calls immediately. As a voucemail was left i felt i didnt feel i needed a text telling me to return calls. Please bear in mind that a time that is convenient to yourselves is not always convenient to others.Although given a time slot that was adhered to, it would have bern helpful if a call was received when crew where about half an hour a way.”

“Brilliant service from Seacroft Mobility at Mablethorpe, having had more difficulty than usual for the last few days, I realised the walking frame I was using was too high, I rang the Mablethorpe shop and they came to my home almost immediately with a smaller frame.
