“Please do not order from this company. I Placed an order on the 2nd April for £628. I have still not received my order 11 weeks later therefore, I asked to cancel my order and receive a full refund. My emails are now being ignored and still no refund or items.”

“Ordered a Chair on the 26th May, confirmed that it would be delivered in 15 working days. Delivery expected in August!! so I asked to cancel the order on the 11th June and it was confirmed, I would be getting a refund, it’s been sent to the accounts department, unfortunately no response since. Still waiting for my refund....21st June”

“Lovely business and amazing products. If you want or like unique bespoke feel products then this is the place. I have so many comments about the things I’ve bought from here I absolutely love it. I’ve recently bought some bar stools and they are so lovely, my fave kitchen pieces! Always happy to help and their service and delivery is always fast xxx”

“Misses was landed with this vase had been searching for a while to fine the right one . Great item well worth the money , nice size sits well on her table , adds a bit of class to the other pieces on there . First class service , from viewing item to receiving it . Well packaged and kept in formed every step of the way . Thank you Shabby Store , I’ll be back ! Well the misses will x”

“Ordered 21 May. Just says standard delivery and 'You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. I find in small print later it is 10 days so presumably comes from the factory in China. No comms back and today is 9/6; 12th working day. They obviously don't advise the customer when there are shipping delays and don't care that they don't. In the meantime, they send lots of marketing emails. On this review page they say 'average delivery time Next Day'. Shabby.”

“A beautiful jar/vase which I truly love. It is exactly as described and is perfect for what I wanted. The packaging was amazing - to the point that despite fragile stickers all over the box, the delivery driver threw it over my back gate onto patio!!!!!!! It survived (lucky for the delivery company) Thank you Shabby Store.”

“I ordered 2 sofas, 3 footstools and 2 tables from Shabby Store. All of the products arrived together and on time. We love all of the products we purchased - they have transformed our living room. The black Adonia sofas look and feel amazing, they feel really well constructed with lovely soft velvet material. This was my first order with shabby store and I will definitely use them again.”

“This jar is beautiful and just what I wanted. Thankfully, the packaging was amazing because the delivery company threw it over my back gate. Luckily it survived. That is the reason I gave 4 out of 5. Otherwise super quick delivery and brilliant communication. Love the jar. Thank you. 👍🏽”

“I have received my beautiful items from shabbystore today after a few weeks waiting because of the virus. They are absolutely stunning! I'm genuinely shocked to read any negative reviews about people having to wait a few weeks for items! Come on people, if youre thinking of being negative during such a difficult time for all, you need a serious reality check - I think people are doing there best! If you're looking for a lovely company to support during these times, you won't be dissapointed with shabbystore.”

“I've always wanted to buy something for my hone from here and I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase. The shipping and quality of packaging was brilliant. I bought the pierced ginger jar and I was blown away. Such a beautiful item. Thank you shabby store!!!”
