I am not happy. Ordered a table lamp on 26 January. I was told last week I would hear about delivery within two days - heard nothing. No reply on customer service phone line today.

Wheres my pineapple!!?? On the pineapple express🍍!!?? Order number 150044272. Calls not answered. Emails either excuses or no reply!! PINEAPPLE OR FULL REFUND PLEASE.

Do not use this company!!!! I have read so many reviews from customers who have had the exact same experience as me. Placed an order 3 weeks ago and it has still not been despatched. Ive had one response from the company where they advised it was delayed due to covid, brexit and snow. Not sure how these excuses are relevant when an order hasn't even been processed. Terrible customer service - avoid at all cost!!!

Fabulous jar and a lovely service. I ordered through shabby store a few times now and each time I’m always very impressed with the quality. My order end of last year was delayed a few days but I was given good communication and wasn’t a problem. Just received my order of jars and trinket box and they’re great quality. Easy to communicate with and service always first class. I am a regular customer and look forward to the next one! X

Placed an order on 27th Jan for 3 small items and had to pay ÂŁ7.20 for delivery within 10 working days. Order still hasn't been dispatched and when I chased it up with the company they advised it was delayed due to covid, brexit and snow. Still not received the order nearly a month after placing it! I won't be using this company again.

Placed a order the 7th Feb still no sign & I have only ordered small boxes. I understand the ÂŁ7.20 delivery fee but for ÂŁ7.20 and your still waiting 2 weeks later with no sign. Asked for full refund including delivery fee as my items quite obviously havnt been dispatched

Still waiting for a order placed early January.. after Confusion with dpd I was told my order will be dispatch by the end of last week , Emailed over 24 hours ago and still no reply, so frustrating to have no response

The customer service experience was fantastic and the product was lovely. I would have scored 5 stars but the delivery took longer than expected but the customer service department assisted every step of the way. Great service.

Small issue resolved the same day, fast delivery and I am more than happy with the items I purchased. If you want unique, high quality goods at a fair price then this seems to be a good place to shop. Will definately shop here again

I ordered a pre order white jar and boxes paid for them in November for delivery January I heard nothing till I chased the store and the order was again delayed so I suggested I have a refund as I could get the items elsewhere I didn’t receive a positive response on this but was told they had been delayed Ive recieved the order today and there is only one item in the box The white boxes are there and no white jar !!!! Beautiful items poor service Would not order again from this company

Received part of my order as expected (bar stools and a console table) within about 3/4 days.....my pre order jar thing was delayed slightly and I got an email to notify me and call when it came in and was dispatched. Over and above level of attention and I’m very impressed with the overall service. Very happy to use again

I honestly don't know where to begin, ordered three items and they turned out to be the cause of unwanted stress and arguments. The first problem was the order took over a month to arrive, and only then did one item arrive. Which was after 2 phone calls and 3 emails. The second item arrived a week later after again 3 more calls and 5 more emails. The third and final item caused the most problems. When ordered it was in stock and was still in stock online but apparently was out of stock. So instead of notifying me there just continued to let me email and call until I finally received confirmation the item is out of stock. To which I received a gift card instead of a refund. I was a bit annoyed as I asked for a refund but thought okay I will just use it then. The items I ordered did the same thing, said there in stock then apparently are out of stock. So at that point I had a email exchange for a while to try and get that sorted, only to receive another gift card. I made one more final call and was lucky to get connected to Morgan; Who apparently is the only competent member of staff they have. I was happy to finally receive my refund. Over all I wouldn't recommend going through the 2 month battle for a few things. Seriously avoid it's not worth it!

Love the shabby store, had my last delivery yesterday and it’s beautiful. Took a week to arrive but they kept me updated on the slight delay and were very courteous
