“Table is over priced and only one photo displayed for the table I was interested in. I have seen this table a lot cheaper on another website and “it’s exactly the same table style and dimensions“”

“Very pleased with the chairs and dining table I ordered from ShabbyStore and have just placed an order for some accessories. Very friendly on the phone and got tracking all the way through - delivery around 10 days. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again”

“This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order in November last year and had to chase them up for part of my order. Another part of my order was meant to be delivered in January and I did not receive. I was informed that the products would be in February so I asked for a refund. This was 11 days ago and I have still not received my order. I am going to be taking this further and reporting this company. Never ever again will I order from this company”

“I ordered with this company in October last year the items were out of stock but never informed of this... I have spent more time chasing this company and as 2 weeks ago still had not received my items. I have now cancelled my order, I am now unfortunately trying to get my money back they owe me nearly £380!! Lucky for me I paid through PayPal who will be stepping in as of next week, if my money is not returned! This company lives upto its name “Shabby””

“Awful Customer Service! My Item was out of stock (so really I shouldn’t have been given the option to buy the item) and 2 weeks later and I still have not been issued my refund even after my 5 calls 3 emails! Don’t waste your time!”

“Quick delivery of my wooden boxes and urns and they’re stunning. Always order from here and it’s really a five star service every time. The odd item takes a few weeks to arrive as they’re bespoke but if you want unique then you have to wait! Love 💓”

“It seems to be a theme from this company reading the reviews that items are ordered and then never show up or you end up waiting months. Ordered beginning of December, end of January now! Keep being told it'll be delivered end of next week and never is. I guess they import from somewhere like China via uk importer so when your product isn't on the shipment you end up waiting so long for the next delivery. If you need the items by a specific date I wouldn't rely on this company.”

“I’m sorry to say my recent experience with Shabby Store was less than satisfactory. I had ordered a twig heart wall decoration that had been reduced to clear, and I ordered this online as I had been looking for something like this for a few weeks. I was thrilled to have found one and at a reduced price! I received my order confirmation, and a follow-up email to say it was almost being despatched. Then nothing for almost a week. I called customer services as I still hadn’t had any message to indicate a delivery time/date, only to be informed that the item I had ordered was deemed unfit for sale and they couldn’t send it out to me. “So apologies for that” was all the apology I got, and judging by the time frame and the fact that I had to chase this order (I emailed initially and got no response so called again) It didn’t seem that anyone was aware that the order wouldn’t be sent out until the operative I spoke to went to check it’s whereabouts. This really is shoddy customer service, and I was disappointed with the service I received as it was very matter of fact, and as I deal with customer service as part of my job I wouldn’t have dealt with it in this way. I would have at least offered an alternative, or to help in any way I could. I understand mistakes happen but this could have been dealt with very differently, without me having to chase it up.”

“Not sure if this review will reach the website as it might get deleted like my Instagram comment. Unfortunately very poor customer service no communication at all. Currently on week 7 and still waiting on my orders. The products look lovely however I would never buy from this company again due to the constant emailing and phoning to find out where my orders were (one of which was a Christmas present that was ordered 3 1/2 weeks before Christmas. Hopefully I will receive my products next week having been told yet again problems with the supplier. If this company responded efficiently and honestly on how long my orders would take I would not be writing this review however the constantly promises it will be arriving soon has has left me with no confidence in this company.”

“I really like the ShabbyStore and the products they sell are stunning. I’ve ordered a few times with no problems and always very friendly and quick to respond. I did order some boxes which came a couple of weeks late as I didn’t realise they were out of stock. Overall a lovely store and would use again x”
