Obviously with the current circumstances deliveries are taking longer than expected but the customer service with Shabby Store is tremendous! I am so happy with my purchases and they are exactly what are advertised on the website. Will definitely be using this site again. Thank you.

contact about delivery was good and replied quickly. The bar stools are great quality easy to put together and very comfortable. Would recommend highly.

Very happy with my glass urn was late because of the situation but they kept me up to date which was really nice really happy would highly recommend and will be buying from you again x

I bought a stunning Urn and some other lovely bits from this store (hard to choose ad I want them all!) For something special (my dads ashes) and it is such good quality! And amazing customer service too, thankyou so much xxx

Because I questioned my order and wrote a bad review Aaron cancelled the order I’ve waited for for 2 months and refunded. Arrogant and lacks customer focus!

I have been really impressed with how my customer service query was handled. Very prompt and quick to reply, understood my need for quick answers and I got my item even with the difficulty of covid19. So pleased and will use again.

Don’t order from these guys! When I questioned issue with my order Aaron basically said I’ve cancelled it, after waiting 2 months. He’s rude and lacks customer focus!

Absolutely love my new boxes will purchase the white also for my living room. Purchased pink boxes for my bedroom which I’m in the middle of decorating can’t wait to place them on dresser.

Ordered on 4th April, took money on 4th April, no communication and no delivery, I have emailed today Requesting an update 17th April. See what happens.

Hi. We do have a standard 10 working day delivery timeframe on all orders, this is however extended at the moment due to on-going delivery issues caused by Coronavirus. This is all clearly outlined on our website. Regards, Aaron

I purchased a crown candle holder, which I required as an Easter gift for a friend to fill with flowers. Delivery was excellent as I needed this asap. Thanks Alexis

I placed an order on 8th March 2020, for the amount of £505.75. On the 9th March I was told most of my order was out of stock and they had no idea when the remainder would be available. It was agreed that I would receive a refund. After 3 weeks I still hadn’t received my refund, I telephoned and miraculously I got through and spoke to a lady called Leah. Leah was apologetic and said she didn’t understand why I hadn’t received my refund and said it was her female manager who had originally authorised it. She was going to raise this as a priority with her other manager (male) and I would receive it ASAP. It is now the 15th April and I still haven’t received my refund. I have left numerous voicemails and written to this company to no avail. I would strongly urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to do so with extreme caution as their customer service is absolutely appalling.

This is a great company to buy from, shabby team always quick to reply on phone or email. I've ordered some faux flowers recently andt hey are stunning. The best online place for lovely home items by a mile! x

Still no joy I purchased a chesterfield stool £138 Two wk later got a e mail it’s delayed due to the virus Did not know when this order could be actioned I asked for my money back so many times to no avail Wks went by I’m retired in my sixties I myself have worked in flag ship stores as a manger I have never in 40 yrs experienced in retail had such poor service They do not communicate with you Take orders but don’t action them Don’t give refunds They say they a family business well they should come together to discuss the poor reviews and regular team talks to come to a plan how they can retrieve some good service and feedback So so disappointed as I liked many items to purchase but not risking it again We all all struggling with this virus it’s effecting every one But as a business you should behave like one I cannot imagine my staff ever behave like this Very sad and believe you wont trade for much longer with this service Wish you luck for the future But my advice would be close the doors

Ordered the white boxes in November still haven’t received them numerous emails later and still no further forward, terrible customer care, I notice they are still selling these boxes with a pre order for May dispatch if I’m lucky enough which I doubt to receive mine in May then I will have waited 7 1/2 months which is ridiculous 😡

Like many reviews I placed an order in January and after numerous emails and promises of a refund I’ve had to get my bank to try and recover my money. I have never experience such a low level or service from any other company.
