“New dining table and chairs delivered this morning. There driver was really polite, unpacked the item, helped put it together and took away all the packaging! Was so happy to see the room come together. People are always quick to leave a negative review but never a positive review. This service demanded a review, well done shabby store. I am a very happy customer :-)”

“I shopped with shabby store over a year ago and more recently for a Black Friday deal. I must say this company has always been so friendly yet gives a professional service and the products have always been well over my expectations. Delivery was quick and super packed so no room for damage. Thank you. Would recommend shabby store any time to friends and family :)”

“Told product discontinued but I had received no notification of this. Didn't resend emails as requested. No call back as requested. Customer service really very poor indeed. Wouldn't trust another order to Shabby Store in future.”

“I am a very very "happy" customer. I can vouch that the Shabby Store provided a 10/10 service. I ordered on-line, received my bench promptly, and I am more than delighted with the product. “145006616 Ordered my item, my money was taken out of my account two days later. Twelve days later, item still hasnt arrived. I contacted Shabby store to inquire as to when I'd receive my item only to be told (two days later) that they'd delivered it and I'd signed for it! Not true! Show me who signed for it, when and where!!! I'm still waiting!!! I should of read the reviews on here before I committed to buy as I can ill afford to be out of pocket. I've requested a full refund and as yet have had no reply. I want my money back please! What's my next step?”
