Having complained about earlier service which was less than satisfactory, I have been contacted by their customer service team who have been fabulous and I have now received a full refund. I will certainly shop this store again and support this small business.

Whilst this is a ‘nice’ mirror. In my opinion it is not worth the price tag. I have mirrors from Dunelm that cost half the price that are of better quality. My mirror arrived VERY well packaged but has scuffs with paint missing, a few dents in the metal surround and the paint used looks like Hammerite. The quality of the reverse isn’t great either. That being said I did keep the mirror, what with the pandemic getting it returned wasn’t an option for me. I was also surprised to find I wouldn’t get my money back and it would be a credit note.

I would 100% order from here again. I ordered a large ginger jar and some faux leather storage boxes, the parcel was packed really well but unfortunately the ginger jar was smashed whilst in transit, I emailed them straight away and within 2 days I had a brand new ginger jar delivered. Amazing service, and will defo order in the future x

I should have read all the bad reviews before I ordered, they are all the same, including me now. Ordered end of November, two weeks went by and part of my order that was in stock still hadn't been dispatched so I emailed. Got reply saying there was a delay and it would be on its way, had to email again the following week as it didn't arrive when promised. I finally received my long awaited ginger jar but the fact I had to chase delivery myself let it down. Then on to my pre-order items for January, no news from them, checked on the website that they were in stock. They were, so yet again I did their job for them and emailed to ask where my delivery was and this is now a month later, 7 emails later, last two ignored and now trying a PayPal case to get my money back for boxes I doubt I will ever see. I will be warning people to avoid Shabby and clearly people must be getting paid to write good reviews because it's appalling customer service and a complete scam.

This was my first time shopping here having seen them online a few times, I then started following their instagram which is gorgeous with so many styles to follow. I bought some bar stools and accessories (boxes and vase) and they came within about 7 days - seems okay given covid. Very polite on the phone when I needed to edit my postcode for delivery - very happy and will look for more lovely items

DON’T USE!!!! Terrible service terrible company!!!!!! Ordered a clock on pre-order which should have arrived by now. Emailed chasing for delivery to be told my order has been halted due to no stock and delivery won’t be now until at least MARCH!! If I hadn’t of chased they would never have let me know they don’t even have my item. Their website shouldn’t be selling items as per-order if they don’t even have the stock to cover what they’ve sold. Very very misleading. Shocking to see they take your money and don’t fulfil their orders when promised. I also have another order with them and have chased for a delivery date on this with no reply. Spent a lot of money with a Company who have zero customer service and don’t fulfil their orders. If I could make them as zero stars I would. Very very unhappy.

I’ve only discovered this store recently in lockdown and I’m addicted. Beautiful items and their inspiration on insta etc is amazing. Ordered a chaise and some accessories all came fairly quickly and just as good in real life as in the pics

I ordered this one and was very excited that it arrived after 10 days and I don’t live in the UK. But only the glass plates arrived. I send a mail to the service and they were nice and said they look into it. Long story short.. the whole table arrived after two months. They service didn’t got back to me and I had to tell me I want my money back and I would call in PayPal because I payed that way. The table is good quality and beautiful! But I don’t know if I would pay again on shabby store.

Absolutely DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would never order from here again. I received 3 glass & gold storage jars on the day they arrived I notice they were dented, scratched and marked so I IMMEDIATELY emailed shabby store to notify them of the issue. Had to wait a few days for a reply but thought I’d give them a few days due to Xmas. I got a reply which stated ‘they wanted to see some images’ which I then sent.. waited and waited no reply. So emailed again and again ... got a reply they would give me a small percentage of the total price back. I explained to them I wanted a refund and was well within my rights to do so.. STILL HAVE HAD NO REPLY after a further 4 emails . After 4 weeks the issue has not been resolved. It’s truly disgraceful a company with such a good ‘reputation’ are behaving in such a way and going against trading standards and the law for faulty items. PLEASE BE WARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY WHAT A TOTAL SCAM.

I was looking forward to receiving the pink velvet round chair however when it arrived it had a very noticeable black mark on the seat and the box was battered and split in places. Even though the mark is small it is still very noticeable, and for the price - not what you expect to receive. However this fault with the chair appears to have been done in the warehouse due to the way it was packaged. When I emailed to ask how to return for a full refund or how to exchange I was offered a 15% refund and to keep the chair. When I declined this and asked how to return for a full refund or exchange I got no further reply from Shabby Store. This was on the 21st January. I have since emailed twice regarding returning the chair as I do not want to miss the returns period however, I have still not received a reply. I waited almost two moths for my item to be delivered (I understand Covid can effect this) however I think my order was forgotten about as when I emailed asking where it was I eventually received my dispatch email. I am very disappointed at the customer service shown considering I was willing to exchange the product as I liked it, it was just a shame about the mark.

My chandelier and bar stools arrived this week and they are stunning!! Bar stools came in 2 days and chandelier followed. So so happy thanks Shabby store!

Took about 7 days to deliver which I guess is fine given climate. Items were well worth the wait, came in a beautiful branded box and were v well packed. Customer service fast to respond and v polite
