“I ordered a beautiful plant pot which arrived within 48 hours of ordering. I’m really happy pleased with the pot because it is High quality, unusual and I have found nothing similar on the high street or on other websites.”

“I recently bought 2 of the Squares Mirror Wall Art for my new home and they are just as perfect as the image below from their website - i cannot wait to put these up in my hallway along with the gorgeous oriental gold vase i bought too for my small hall table in which i will be placing a single cream orchid - so excited. The packaging is 2nd to none using paper packaging and cardboard so very ecofriendly. Thanks guys again for the speedy delivery of your amazingly stunning products xxxxx”

“The website was easy to use, the item I ordered was beautiful and very good quality. The delivery was also quick however I did receive an email for DPD to say I would get my item on a day but didn’t because they hadn’t received the item from yourselves. This didn’t impact the delivery as it was quick it was just a little confusing.”

“Ordered 2 Items in May 2020. Nothing was delivered after 1 month. Poor customer response. I allowed one more week and requested for refund as I no longer needed the items. They sent 1 item immediately eventhough I asked them not to and told me that the other item is no longer available after 2months wait and informed me that It will be refunded. It's now 10th September 2020 and I still have not received my refund. Stay away from this company . I want my money back!”

“Awful Awful Awful Customer Service, products are great, IIIIFFFFF you ever receive them. They wont communicate with you, will fail on delivery multiple times, wont give you a refund. Simply do not order from this company!!”

“Amazing service! I had been wanting a particular item for months as it had sold out. I signed up to get a notification telling me when it would be back in stock and as soon as it was Shabby Store let me know. I purchased the item straight away and my beautiful ginger jar arrived within literally a few days! So well packaged and it’s absolutely stunning! First time I’ve ordered off The Shabby Store and I will definitely be ordering from them again x”

“I have ordered a bom bom jar back on the 19th of May we are now in September still haven't heard anything about my jar I have paid for it just so disappointed with this company altogether I will never order anything I think it's disrespectful to the customers I have asked for a refund hopefully I don't need to be calling very very disappointed”
