“It was okay but only received 1candlestick instead of two so had to ring up and when the 2nd one arrived it was slightly taller”

“I found the items I was looking for at a very competitive price with quick delivery too. I wanted glass Christmas tree shaped vases with lids. They arrived In excellent packaging - I was delighted with the whole process. I will certainly purchase from this company again.”

“I have really struggled with this store. I ordered an item online and payment was taken on the day. I waited an extra week after the expected time for shipping confirmation which I then had to chase up with 2 emails and phone calls (which go straight to answerphone and no one ever rang back after leaving my name and number 4 times in total during the process of trying to figure out where my order was). Finally got a response which gave me another date and then the order was still not delivered until a week later. The item arrived and was faulty (corner was broken off). Still awaiting my money back and collection of the faulty product. The whole process has been a nightmare and although the products are different and lovely, I wanted to warn people who might be spending a lot of money on this site of the problems I've encountered.”

“Was very pleased with my purchase. Love my new chair Customer service was great! Fast delivery. Only negative thing i have to say is the price of your items in your store. The prices are very high which is why I have not purchased more from you guys. If you didn't charge so much I would be more inclined to buy more from you. Other than that I'm happy :) Thanks!!”

“Still awaiting my purchase. I emailed for a delivery update , got automatic reply with a promise to get in touch. Nothing. I then called and spoke to a customer service adviser who promised to check and call back. No reply. Have emailed again. Hope to get some information soon as this is a gift and had expected it by now.”
