I’m not much of a reviewer but as a first time shopper with shabby store I felt it deserved some recognition. I bought a few items spending around £600 with them online having found them via a friend who had also bought some things. The order arrived quick enough and all the items were as described but one of the boxes was chipped slightly - I contacted them via email and had a reply straight away, they resent a new box without querying my issue and didn’t even demand it be returned. I thought this was particularly good service. I’ve shipped with a few bigger furniture brands before but this shop has lots of unique items which are really premium, they don’t appear many other places. Very pleased and recommend

Do not buy from this company Do not buy from this company! 2 months ago before I ordered bedroom furniture I emailed in advance to confirm that the items I wanted was not on pre order & it was confirmed it wasn’t & would be delivered within 10 days. 2 months later I still hadn’t received them. One set of drawers were eventually delivered damaged. 3 times they have sent a courier to pick them & they have refused to pick them up because of their size. I have asked them to have the curtesy to ring me or either reply to my emails, nothing. No further update regarding the other drawers either. A discount was promised then never received. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Please do not order! I’ve been blocked on social media because I’ve been asking for someone to contact me. Absolutely no response about the other drawers I ordered, this is theft! I won’t be quiet, you can block me but my friends will be posting on social media on my behalf until someone has the decency to contact me!!

Fast to respond to my email query Got a reed diffuser which is beautiful and a jar in my latest order. All well received and in a few days Overall v happy and I’ll keep shopping here x

very good service, delivery took 7 days which was a tad slow but they do say 10 on site so I was happy enough. Lovely products you won't find better

I placed my order nearly 5 weeks ago. I chased last week and was told it would be despatched by the end of the week. I still haven’t received a despatch confirmation and have chased several times since but I am not getting a reply at all now. This is the worse company I have come across and will never order from them again. I would advise you shop elsewhere which is a shame as they have some lovely items.

Well packed and beautiful items delivery took about 7/8 days which is okay fort be standard. Came with dpd tracked. Overall very pleased

Do not order from this store! Poor communication, lack of customer care and product I ordered was not of any quality at all. It was cheap and tacky! Would never order again!

Waiting and waiting then waiting a bit more, seems to be the policy. Placed an order in December 2020 now in March still no items. My wife placed an order around the same time and she hasn't had it either. So we have cancelled both orders and now have to wait 10 days for a refund. Lovely products but just can’t seem to get them delivered to patient customers

First order with Shabby Store and very impressed. I ordered the domed bobble jar. It is fantastic quality and size. Customer service was also very good and quick to reply to me about my delivery date. Very efficient service and beautiful products. Product was also well packaged.

First order with Shabby Store. Ordered lighting and accessories showing as ‘in stock’. Waited the requested 10 working days with no sign of my order or any communication on why it was delayed. Extremely poor customer service. I had no response to both the email and messenger message I sent. Managed to get through on the phone only to be told the lighting would be a further 3 month wait! At what point where they going to get in touch??? Which I had read some reviews before ordering! Have requested a refund.

We received our coffee table, console etc last week and they’re a really good quality. Delivery was about 7 days which was quicker than expected. I’ve shopped from here for smaller items in the past so was slightly nervous about spending so much more without seeing the items (£1k+) but they are even nicer in real life. I’d definately recommend them, also the service was good - got updated about my order regularly and the guys who delivered were polite etc too

Had several issues with this company I love their range but trying to get answers and replacement parts for faulty items Is proving so difficult if you call they say email if you email you just go round and round in circles all I needed was to replace 2 broken collars on 2 out of 4 stools I received . So disappointing having to constantly try and contact them .

Omg!! .. This company are a total nightmare!! .. I am bemused by their lack of communication with their customers. After paying for 2 tables (£500) on the 3rd January, I did not hear anything further. I emailed and called, only to be told different things.. eventually today I cancelled my order, after being told only one table should arrive on Friday.. I have never received such appalling customer service.. honestly go elsewhere! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have wanted these mirrors for ages. Really pleased with the delivery and packaging but the quality of the mirrors were a little disappointing, especially as the cost becomes expensive when you buy three. Shame. Still love them though, hoping no one will notice.
