“hi placed and order over a month ago and goods still not arrived - no emails no replies no refunds nothing - i think they must have gone out of business - they were happy to take my money would never ever use this company again or recommend it to anyone”

“I placed an order in August 2020 where they took the payment and I only received half of it this week November 2020. Still waiting for my refund for the other half I didn’t receive. Lovely products but extremely unprofessional. I won’t be buying from them again and definitely do not recommend them.”

“Received my beautiful lamp today and I absolutely love it!!!!! Put it up straight away although my hallway gas not even been decorated yet But I couldn’t wait to show it off. Excellent service, beautiful product, will definitely be ordering again, well done 👍”

“I wouldn’t even waste your time ordering on this shame of a website... they make out they are refunding their customers and you don’t even get the amount sent back to your account... just fobbed off with poor customer services auto reply emails.. I will do everything in my power now to destroy this company by telling people to stay clear... nothing but con artists.”

“I received brilliant service from Shabby Store. In particular from Leah. Customer service excellent. I ordered two mirrored wall art. My order was delivered within a few days and wall art looks so expensive and attractive. Very happy with the service I received from Shabby Store”

“Absolutely love my new dressing room chair, it is excellent quality - looks amazing and is so comfy! Received such brilliant customer service too from Leah who quickly organised a change of chair when the other one I ordered was not in supply due to Covid - the delivery came so quickly within a few days and my refund was processed and received straight away!
