“I ordered two side tables on the 16th of November then was told 10 days later they don’t have them in stock till the end of February so I requested a refund. After many emails and a phone call I was told I will receive my refund by the 9th of December. I’m still waiting for my refund this is just not good enough.”

“Was looking for glass ginger jar and lo! Shabby store popped up in my google search. I did look at various others on other websites but this was perfect. I could tell it was from an independent shop, which I really like. They kept me updated from start to finish. It came in a beautiful box (which I will use in my home) and sealed with shabby store personalised wide sellotape. The jar was very well packed and is beautiful. Lovely shape and size and a sturdier glass than I had expected which I was happy about. Thank you so much. Really happy with everything - and I forgot to mention price. I felt this piece was a bargain. I got a very good first impression from this shop and will be back. I do hope the Shabby Store will be a great success.”

“Ordered a very stylish glass storage jar. Lovely contemporary look and feel. Lovely clear glass with a simple silver lid which is also easy to open unlike other storage jars. Using the jar for marshmallows alongside hot chocolate tin. Ordered and received in a couple of days, very quickly for this time of year (Christmas) Thank you”

“So pleased with my Shabby Store delivery - ordered a few bits for my home as a new customer and a couple of Xmas gifts. They’re so beautiful, arrived in gorgeous packaging and were all so well packed too. I’ve had to shop online more due to covid but these experiences make me wonder why I haven’t done it more! Lovely store and good service with full tracking given etc x”
