“The item was priced at £50, which I thought was ok. After I purchased the first one, I wanted another one and found it for £25 on several other websites. The finish of the mirror is also poor, and the cheaper version I ordered from another site has a much better finish. There are gaps in the lining of the mirror.”

“I ordered two Leo stools at the end of November. I only had one delivered today and still waiting for the other. The payment for both has gone out of my account. I have tried to call and email, although no reply.”

“My wife ordered goods on the 15th November and as today’s date 16th December we have had no confirmation of the goods being dispatched it would appear that they take the money, but don’t have the goods in stock to send to the customer? “Shabby” is the correct word to describe this company.”

“Poor customer service. It was a bad experience. I ordered a set of 2 faux leather boxes. First, they sent me the wrong color. When I contacted them they asked me to send them back the incorrect parcel. I had to pay again for their mistake. Finally they sent me an other set of boxes. But it was damaged.!!!! And no one want to reply to my email. So ladies, keep your money and try another website.”
