“Unbelievably fantastic purchase from Shabby Store! The website is so easy to navigate and the items I brought were of excellent quality and so much cheaper than I found in my home town. The packaging they came in was so well wrapped that there was no chance of it being damaged with was my biggest fear. “Excellent, friendly customer care and advice. Quick delivery by excellent, helpful staff who took our heavy chests of drawers up three flights of precipitous stairs, ensured everything was in the right place and took away the packaging. The furniture is just what we wanted after looking for quite some time. Really great service and will definitely use Shabby Store again. The service was anything but shabby.. Thank you!”

“Waited ages on item. Had to email asking where it was, to then be told waiting on stock coming in. Fair enough, just let me know. Plate not brilliant print quality of design. But it was just a fiver :/”

“Shocking. Three weeks after the order was placed, on my second occasion chasing I was told the item was not available. The first time I chased I was reassured that the item was due very soon - by someone who sounded like he had just woken up and could not be bothered to actually find out the situation. The second time I was told the truth by a girl who took the time to find out what was happening and apologised on the company's behalf. Even though a refund was promptly given, the order should not have even been accepted if it could not be supplied. I will avoid this company at all costs.”
