“I ordered two small glass Christmas bauble trees. They arrived intact and as shown in the picture. I love these and am keeping them up all year. They are good value for money and I can’t wait for my next purchase.”

“Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Phone them last week was told being sent will receive Friday or Monday. Called them to chase as still not arrived. Just received a call to say cant get anymore till Feb. 10 day wait for refund. No communication from them what so ever. Always me having to chase. Shocking service . Avoid by elsewhere.”

“I love shabby store stuff but I feel really let down by them recently I’ve had to keep reminding them about a refund and still yet to receive! Not a small amount either in these times. Please shabby store can you sort this out.”

“I bought a couple of gifts from here for my wife and I have followed up by buying a coffee table/side table. They are beautiful units and my wife was very happy. The delivery was really quick (a few days) and got the usual updates from courier - very impressed”

“Bought our coffee table and console range from here. It’s beautiful- both were glass pieces so I was concerned about how safely it would arrive but was extremely wel packed. Delivery was just a few days which was fine and the service was quick and easy, I’ll use again x”
