“I would never purchase from this store again. The item I purchased was of poor quality, the wood cheap and customer service not customer friendly. I suggest also that as a buyer from an online company such as this you should be wary before buying as returns with this company are relatively costly. I would suggest buying from an online company that allows you to return items for free if you are not satisfied. I was very disappointed with the quality of my item and their customer service. Buyer beware.”

“I purchased the Large Nickel Mantle Clock (William Smith) as a 10th Wedding Anniversary present for my daughter and her husband (Tin Anniversary). I ordered online late in the day on 2nd Oct and it arrived on 8th Oct, very well packed with polystyrene and bubble wrap in a sturdy cardboard box. It is a really beautiful piece. I looked at several sellers of the same item online and Shabby Store was the cheapest I found (Some were c. £50 more expensive). My daughter absolutely loves the clock. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shabby Store to others and I will definitely be looking to buy from them again in the future. Ms Merle Riches ( very pleased customer October 2015).”

“Delivery was quick. Product was of poor quality in my opinion due to the finish - where nails are on the item they have been poorly filled and painted over in a different colour white to the main light and the mechanism to attach the light to the ceiling chain is simply a screw between two of the antlers - pretty crap looking and not what you would expect from a light of this price.”

“Item very nice and great quality. Big negative however is the delivery price; the item was quoted as weighing 10kg, so £10.90 seemed a fair price, in fact the item weighs much less than 10kg (maybe more like 1.5kg). in which case nearly £11 for shipping seems rather a lot!”

“After only 3 weeks the chairs I purchased from them broken! Bad craftsmanship. They did come back to me within 24 hours and offered to replace the item BUT I need to pack it! and take a day off work because company policy is we don't collect on weekends! are we in the 19th century where you need a horse and carriage? Not good! Not good at all!”
