Waiting and waiting and waiting for an order that still hasn’t arrived.( three months have gone by!) Very poor customer service too. Keep chasing them up. Won’t use again

Got our beautiful barstools recently from here and they’re so lovely. I ordered them and received them in a few days with courier which was great. Quality is immaculate and really look like the perfect compliment for our kitchen. Happy to recommend and have done so to family and friends They also have a beautiful insta page!

Avoid using this company at all costs. Items ordered, part showed up. I had to chase and chase for the remainder of my order and eventually they said they no longer stocked the item. Asked for a refund, persuaded to have a credit note. Ordered more items - guess what? These didn’t arrive either weeks and weeks later! Asked for a refund but refused as items were ordered via credit note that they issued because they couldn’t honour the order. Complete amateurs running this outfit whose customer service is appalling. You could not make it up, buyer beware.

Ordered 2 Leo Mink Bar Stools on 9th March 21, chased delivered and recieved then on 23rd of March. Really disappointed with build quality, stitching was awful and both chairs were damaged and one was stained. It looked like someone drunk had stitched them and quality asssurred them before they were sent out. I rang SS and provided 20 photos of damage and issues And arranged DHL pick up on 24th March, I've numerous phone calls and sent emails, made. Comments. On Instagram and Facebook and finally had an email saying refunded processed on 8/4/21 I'm still waiting for my refund to date 22/4/21 nearly a month after they have had their damaged and badly made goods back. I've chased and chased my refund of £207 to no avail. Was initially told refined would be within 10 working days I'm still waiting. Have reported to my bank really hoping I get my money back or will take to small claims court. Please don't part with you money it all looks lovely on Facebook and Instagram but the chairs were awfully made and I'm gutted I trusted this company they have had their items back a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money. Another phonecall today and emails chasing my refund no response. Phones lines closed.

I purchased the large ginger jar, it's looks amazing on the site, says hand made some imperfections, 3/4 of the jar has no paint on it, wanted a replacement but told they are all like that, would not refund only offered a credit note, AVOID

AVOID!!!! Order took ages to arrived and turned up damaged. Their returns note suggest £15 charge to refund and a credit note only so I emailed to say this wouldnt be acceptable. I was offered a replacement and emailed back to accept and ask how long long...no reply...emailed again asking for an update...no reply....emailed again requesting a refund as I dont want anything further from them. You guessed it...no reply!!

I purchased the large Ginger Jar and I am absolutely over the moon, the quality is second to none. I have my eye on some pieces from your beautiful collection so will be ordering soon. I ordered on the 25th of March paid £7.5 delivery. i still don't have my order. i have emailed a few times asking for an update (no response) i have also asked now for them to cancel my order (no response) i am also giving them 72 hours to respond to each email but still nothing. im now going to have to do a charge back as i cant get the goods i ordered. DO NOT USE THIS company.!

Appalling customer service! Still waiting for a refund 5weeks on!! After they took my money when the product was not in stock, I only found out after contacting them, otherwise I would not have known it wasn’t coming! Constantly chasing them, held on the phone for 46mins not getting through, will never use again 😡 SO stressed!!!

Don’t buy from this store! It took 8 weeks for part of my order to arrive and then half of it was missing with no communication to tell me why and where it was! They don’t do refunds and only credit notes are an option! The products that did arrive are cheap and poor quality. Customer service isn’t great either! Overall not worth the hassle

I recently purchase some bar stools and a coffee table from shabby store. I have been following them for a few years and not actually bought, was really pleased with the quality and I will be shopping again. Delivery came within a few days from DPD and the tracking was easy to follow.
