“Would just like to update my previous review. They offered me a partial refund IF I removed my review. I advised Mary I was not going to as I have the right to share my experience. I have not received a full refund so that is absolutely a lie. In fact, the refund amount I have received is less than she said I would get. Mary refused to give me a full refund, only a partial. Not one call from them in the years I’ve been paying em to look after my business but Mary was quick enough to phone me and ask me to remove my review. You’re an abysmal company and I would recommend people to check TrsutPilot and other sites before spending your money here. Mint Formations have tried to charge me extortionate fees for things which are free through Companies House. Also, please don’t identify my name when I posted this review anonymously.”
