Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We greatly value your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect color labeling of your product. We get our product information directly from the manfacturer and trust that the information we receive is accurate. This particular model was mistakenly labelled by the manufacturer as Stealth Grey instead of Magnetic Grey. We regret that we did not catch this error sooner. Upon receiving the returned item, we immediately issued a full refund and have also been in contact with you to arrange reimbursement for the return postage fees. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring such issues are prevented in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Item intended for my sons birthday was delivered to wrong address by DPD, sadly the MiniModelShop has no identifiable phone number so you have to use email (they ironically supply you with a number days later when looking for feedback) - the first reply from MiniModelShop assumed I was either phenomenally stupid or trying to con them - eg yes It had occurred to me to contact my neighbours... So they waste time suggesting I was wrong and it had in fact been delivered correctly (had they have actually been bothered to contact DPD they would have found this wasn’t the case). So I had to write another email explaining the exact detail to them, they finally took it more seriously and got DPD to launch an ‘investigation’ (this can take 6 days). So I wasted half a day of phonecalls to eventually find out where the actual package was (thanks to one helpful DPD agent) but this was large gated community, impossible to access without door codes. All this took it up to the day before my sons birthday. MiniModelShop suggested they WOULD have sent another but it was their last one. What would have been helpful is for them to have had the courtesy to bother to pick up the phone and make a call to me which they were clearly either too ignorant/lazy/ unprofessional etc… to bother to do. In these particular times an immediate transfer eg BACS refund would have at least enabled me to amend this issue by sourcing a replacement but clearly they felt they’d been paid so why bother doing anything aside from empty gestures . I’m sure they’re normally great but as always the true reflection of any individual, company or country is how they respond when there’s a problem and MiniModelShop are clearly the most uncaring, laziest and unprofessional bunch I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with in a very long time. Please, please, please only order from these people if time is very much on your side and you can afford to re-purchase what you want from somewhere else whilst these guys sit and do nothing to help . Ps I still do not have the package.

Our normal procedure would have been to send a replacement, however we did communicate that this was not possible due to lack of stock. The model was for 3+ age group and despite my grandson having similar cars of different makes the wheel broke on day three!

The model I ordered for a present for a friend was smaller than described and sadly over priced, had it not been his birthday the next day the model would have been returned.

The service and delivery times were spot on real quick but the overall product /bike ect was absolutely shocking got the Husqvarna 450 overall it’s tacky bits are all lose not what I expected atall I have quite a large collection and this by far the worst it’s got the value and looks like something you would buy from the pound shop really not pleased or happy with it

We are really sorry that you didn't receive your item. Once it leaves our hands, we trust that the postal system will get the orders to our customers safely and in a timely manner. This is usually the case however on the very rare occasion something might go wrong that is beyond our control. According to Royal Mail, your parcel was delivered 19th May. Very poor quality. I mainly ordered from this site for the personalised registration number. When it arrived, it came as a cheap sticker which was too large for the car! The gullwing door fell apart when I opened it, the plastic glass fell out along with the black plastic inlay. Mine is in the bin. Buy elsewhere.

If a model arrives damaged (unfortunately this is sometimes beyond our control) we will always offer a replacement or refund. We have contacted you directly to resolve these issues.

Wasn’t happy with the reg on the cars, they are not already on Impossible to try and cut the size out to fit on the cars So ended up paying nearly £10 more for each car for nothing! They should at least be cut to size ready to put on the cars I wouldn’t but the personal number plates again As I said it was a complete waste of money, unable to use them!! Expected better for price!

Hi We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with the number plates received. Our number plate sticker service is a free option, which can be added to select models at no cost. As the majority our items are brand new and unopened, the number plates are left for the buyer to apply, to allow returns should you change your mind, without number plates being already applied which can void returns. I have bought models from this store & every time it’s been a flawless experience, however this time it’s been a week since my order has been sent according to my emails, yet I have not heard anything from the mail service, nor is it possible to track & trace my order. Any reasoning would be greatly appreciated

Hi Finn, We're sorry to hear that your order was delayed. This order was placed on Wednesday the 31st; we shipped this as soon as possible on the next working day. Unfortunately due to the Royal Mail strikes and recent bank holiday, we have seen delays to UK post. Dispatch was made via second class post as chosen by you, for which we quote an estimated delivery date of 3-5 working days on our website. Further to this, we do have a banner on the top page of our website, advising of the strike action and to expect delays. Your order was shipped the day we received it, and orders shipped internationally can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive. We have noticed on the tracking for your order that delivery was attempted on the 4th of August but there wasn't anyone in to receive it and a note was left by the delivery driver. Hi Stefano, We're sorry to hear that there was an issue with your order. Our number plate service is a free offering and these do come attached to a business card on the purchase receipt, as opposed to being fitted directly to the model. This way, if there are any issues with the model or you decide against keeping the model you can return this in its original condition, without potentially voiding any returns policy. I'm very disappointed.I received a Db9 coupe with color problems on the hood and scratches on the windows and some dirt on the rear window from the inside and a Vanquish with peeling paint and scratches on the windows.
