“I ordered a model from your company and it was for a gift and was sent to his address it was dispatched immediately and was slightly held up by Royal Mail !!! No fault of yours but you were very helpful with communication to reassure the delivery. “Purchased a model car for my grandson. Very pleased with the quality and price. I got the initials wrong on the little number plate they provide and contacted them via email to change it. They had already packed it but were kind enough to add a new one in with the parcel. Great customer service. Very happy customer”
