“This purchase was for a birthday present. The issue was that the gift card message that arrived with the parcel, was not the message requested - it was for someone different. Therefore, there has been some mix up at the company which caused this error. This is very disappointing and took the edge off the entire gift which was for a 60th Birthday.”

“I ordered a model for my nephew as a Christening gift. It arrived with a small amount of damage. When I got in touch the team were extremely helpful and offered the option to exchange. All communication was extremely prompt and it only took four working days to receive the replacement from the time that I reported the problem. This was fantastic customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The new model has arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much.”

“I'm very disappointed.I received a Db9 coupe with color problems on the hood and scratches on the windows and some dirt on the rear window from the inside and a Vanquish with peeling paint and scratches on the windows.”
