“Can’t understand why you sell this mini fridge but don’t have the parts needed to fit it into a camper van, ie the exhaust vent after a phone call to you I was told to go buy one on EBay I didn’t find this very helpful”

“Smaller than I thought but will do the job. Like the shiny black and the easy carry handle. Like that it's so easy to transport from room to room. A good buy at the price I paid (half-price!).”

“I purchased expecting Next Day Delivery, not realising that the order would not be processed over the weekend (which included a Bank Holiday). I think the fact that orders are not processed over the weekend should be made more visible on the site, rather than having to go into the 'Deliveries' section of the website. Even on check-out I would have expected some sort of indication that the order would not be processed until the Tuesday after the bank holiday.”

“Delivery was very quick however I didn't get any order confirmation when purchased and the mini fridge I ordered has lots of small marks on it and looks very dirty. I haven't plugged it in yet to see if it works but hopefully all will be ok.”

“Nice little fridge arrived on time. Very good fit in my home bar. Only thing I can see being a problem is that the internal shelves cannot be removed? Means I cant fit my wine bottles in which is a problem.”

“Online / website all very easy. There was no confirmation email however and when I followed this up no one answered the telephones at all, either here or at the parent company and no one replied to emails. After several concerning days I received a communication from the delivery company that delivery was the next day and they had no (working) parcel tracking either. Fridge arrived in excellent condition and although there are some oddities with setting the temperature it appears good. I would like to be able to have a quick conversation with someone about this but not willing to waste more time on phone lines that are never answered. I am unable to fill out the questionnaire on communicating with the company because I was unable to and still have not receives reply.”
