I had a terrible experience with AIO Market. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R195,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with AIO Market and would advise others to stay away from them. The mini fridge is no longer working. Doesn't seem to be any receipt whatsoever ? And can't get hold of anyone. 1/5 from me. The 1 is because the fridge arrived and was worked for a short period. Please contact me mini fridge.

Brought a ICE Q glass door fridge from this company and it only lasted 10 months and as I had actually brought it 13 months ago but had not started using for a few months after my purchase due to building my bar, they just said the 1 year warranty is expired?? And I explained the situation and they didn’t even reply, I would not buy from these if you want good quality products very disappointing and terrible customer care.

So far, I have not received any confirmation from Mini-Fridge so I am unable to review it apart from communication is none existent. It is the new year, so allowances can be made, but I find it odd to be asked for a review before I have had the fridge.

Disappointed. Ordered a minifridge for delivery on 21/12 and it still hasn’t arrived despite next day delivery claim. Called twice now and waited 30 minutes each time to speak to someone and no one has picked up, so I gave up.Twice sent an Zendesk enquiry about this and with no response either.

I havnt received my parcel and the delivery driver took a photo of them selfs with it I think they have kept my parcel :( feel gutted as the site says out of stock

Not only did I wait a week for a 24hr delivery service but when it did arrive it was damaged ! I was offered £20 discount to keep the fridge, no apology for the delay ! ….. as collection would cost the company a lot more than this I ask for a £30 discount….this was ignored and collection was arranged ! I’m glad Charlotte C doesn’t work for my company ! Poor customer service !

Absoutely terrible company, DO NOT USE!!!!! Ordered a fridge wuith next day delivery. 4 days later no fridge, APC couriers have not recieved it despite these cowboys sending me a tracking number and saying it is dispatched. Trading standards now informed. Again please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

How could you ask me to write a shopping rate, if my fridge hasn’t arrived you promised th - APC Overnight - ND16 Next Day by 16:00 e ans The APC.Dilivery Doesn’t no anything about my fridge and my tracking number . I have spoken to them today. This was a business shipping ordered!! Where is my fridge?

I did not receive my order on time and after emailing customer services to raise my concern, I was sent a rude reply. I followed up with a response to which I never heard back - shocking service and would not recommend! Not a happy customer
