“Yet to test the product but the customer service I received has been "chilled" and thankfully not "frosty". It is a very n"ICE"addition to my 6 year old sons room. Than Q.(See what I did there ha ha) Oh the Joy's. Much Love and Merry Xmas.”

“Good prices in the sale and a wide range of products. Easy to order, quick delivery - although ordered Friday at 12.30pm, the delivery was received Tuesday not Monday but that wasn't a problem for me despite the website saying next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. My order confirmation email didn't come through initially but after speaking to a customer service person who was polite and helpful, was sent it immediately.”

“I have received my order however the item is bashed and the box it came in was in a terrible mess. Also the item has come with no power cable after saying in the items description that it does.”

“Finding the product I wanted was easy and quick with the excellent website layout. Emails were clear about delivery and I was amazed when it was free delivery!! I booked on the weekend and I had it by Tuesday morning. Couldn’t have asked for better. Would buy from again for sure !”

“Can't realy say if it works or not as baught it as a gift for xmas. Item looks as described. Got a email saying they tried to deliver but we had no missed card and no alerts from security camara to say somone had been. Tried calling them couldnt get through. Emailed them and 2 weeks later no reply.”
